Reaching out to the Local Universe

We are begining an experiment in public outreach by establishing this website to allow the astronomers (and maybe an occasional physicist) at Saint Cloud State University to “reach out to the local universe” of internet users from the Saint Cloud area and beyond…. Maybe if we are lucky, the two types of news stories will overlap.We will provide an electronic bulliten board to allow interactive discussions between us and those who choose to join in. This will include answering questions from the general public about astronomy and discussions of ongoing news.Let the experiment begin…
